What you learnt

"Junior Trainer" was having his annual lesson with "Senior Trainer". Junior's body language and interaction said it all , it was clear that from his point of view this lesson was just a formality to comply with BD stipulation that all holders of the UKCC should engage in regular personal development ,preferably continuous. "Junior Trainer" will perform the requested movement and "Senior trainer" will comment in an assuring tone "Thats nice!!!" Half pass left - "Thats nice!!!" Half pass right - "Thats nice!!!" Flying changes - "Thats nice!!!" And so, they will progress through requirement of UKCC curriculum. At the end of the session Junior inquired if "Senior Trainers" were also expected to attend coaching courses to bring their skills up to modern days standards . "Yes we do!!!!" Senior Trainer replied "I attended many BD and UKCC courses to bring my skills up to date" he continued. "And what was the most relevant skill you developed from these?" Junior asked . " How to say THATS NICE" Was Senior Trainer reply .
