Music to a horse

Music to a horse
The Irish environment agency big thinkers came up with a new plan to solve the problem of the FLY GRAZING and ABANDONED Irish horses. A musical competition to a listening HORSE.
The competition that is affiliated to the FEI is open to any composer or practising musician who is able to submit an original self made musical work presented live or by video, cutting and pasting of well known work of other musicians not permitted.
The competition will be judged according to a strictly adhered to rules which are; Every performance must be performed to an equine standing by or on the stage no further then 10 meters from the performing artist , marks will be awarded strictly on the CORRELATION between the horses COLOUR and the music, a bonus for DEGREE OF DIFFICULTY will be awarded to the performer that his horse shows approval to the choice of music by taping the floor with one of his hooves - to the rhythm .
As Ireland is a nation of music lovers it is hoped that all those aiming on winning this musical challenge will adapt one of these abandoned horses.
In order to avoid accusations and other controversial remarks that the judges lack the skills to judge such musical competitions the judge selected for this international affair is the well known musician STEVIE WONDER.
